Magnificent original artwork for sale

12 Mar 2007 - A great opportunity! 35 plates of original illustrations of gamebirds from AGRED’s Gamebirds of South Africa book are offered for sale in ten lots each comprising between two and four paintings. This will be a one-off chance to own the originals painted by Penny Meakin from AGRED’s Gamebirds of South Africa, a bestseller. Penny’s beautiful and detailed paintings recently attracted an average price of R17 500 per painting for the partridges, francolins and some waterfowl at AGRED’s recent Fundraising Dinner. We are aiming to achieve a price of R10 000 per original painting in this sale offer. A lot of two paintings would therefore achieve R20 000 and a lot of four painting would achieve R40 000.
